Error Code Description Possible Cause Solution
E1 Water Supply Error Water supply is insufficient or turned off. Ensure that the water tap is open and the hose is not blocked.
E2 Drainage Error Drain hose is blocked or the pump is malfunctioning. Clear the drain hose and check the pump for blockages.
E3 Door Lock Error The door is not locked properly during operation. Check the door to ensure it is fully closed and the lock is engaged.
E4 Unbalanced Load Error Clothes are unevenly distributed in the drum. Redistribute the load evenly in the drum.
E5 Temperature Sensor Error Temperature sensor is faulty or malfunctioning. Inspect and replace the temperature sensor if necessary.
E6 Motor Error Motor is overloaded or has a malfunction. Reduce the load and check the motor connections.
